- Pre-registration is on Bikereg.com and closes End of Day THURSDAY 9/3/2020 (11:59pm Central) PLEASE PRE REG!!!
- Registration will be located at the shelter next to the race course - you must wear a mask at registration.
- Race day registration will open at 7:30am
- Race day registration CLOSES 20 Minutes PRIOR to race start time
- Day of event registration payable via cash or check with $10 fee (no late fee for Juniors and Women's 9:10am race).
- Additional races are $20 per race. This also applies to women racing the 9:10am race who want to race Womens Open at 3:15pm and juniors who wish to race in their category. Juniors may do additional junior races for $5.
- U23 riders will qualify for an additional prize list and podium. U23 riders do no need to register for an additional race - the U23 prizes and podium are in addition to the Womens and Mens Pro 1-3 prizes and podiums. Cat 4 U23 men may enter the 4:10pm race.
- We will have a Open Juniors field at 9:50am but we will have a separate Juniors 15-16 and 17-18 podiums from that race.
- All riders are required to wear helmets whenever on a bike.
- All USA Cycling Rules Apply
- Juniors subject to rollout
- Racers must present a valid USA Cycling license at Registration or will be required to purchase a $10 one-day (Novice Men and Women) or $80 annual ($40 Novice and Juniors) license.
- Parent or guardian of those under 18 will be required to sign standard release form or one day license, no exceptions
- Women are welcome to enter races not designated as women’s including Masters races per USA Cycling guidelines
- Event will be held rain or shine
- If you cannot attend for a COVID related reason we will REFUND your entry fee!! Email promoter!
- EQUAL PRIZE LIST for Women's Open and Pro 1-3: $600 cash over 5 places
- Wheel pit: wheels in=wheels out. Remember to pickup wheels. Due to length of course riders only get 1 free lap. Free laps end with 3 laps to go.
- There will be portable toilets and a public restroom by registration - no public urination or public exposure!
- No warming up on course while races are in progress; we are next to a number of bike paths use them!
- There is parking near course in Water Works Park
COVID GUIDELINES PLEASE READ!!!
- Masks will be required in the "mask zone" around registration and start/finish area (we will provide masks in case you forget).
- Wear a mask to line up at the start line.
- We will space out the start and have a neutral start to allow pack to form up.
- Please avoid congregating in groups larger than 10 and please wear a mask in the race venue area (not required just strongly recommended).
- If you have had symptoms and/or a fever in past 2 weeks and/or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID please stay home - we will refund your entry fees! If you are unable to attend for a COVID related reason we will refund your entry fees! (Please email promoter no later than 10am the day before the race day).
- Our goal with COVID precautions is to demonstrate we can hold an event and go above and beyond city recommendations for events so we can hold future events! Please help us and do your part - THANK YOU!
