Since 2000, she has been practicing as a licensed massage therapist, providing customized massages and support using a variety of modalities for active individuals.
Steph takes pride in offering the highest quality massage in our community.
She works with many of athletes and cyclists in the Des Moines area and understands the benefits of therapeutic massage to active individuals.
She is also an avid cyclist and has been an active member of the
Velorosa Cycling Team since 2013 and has followed BIKEIOWA for years.
RAGBRAI is her favorite cycling event even though sometimes she has to work at it.
