Break the Cycle 200

Description

Road

Distance - 200 miles

Break The Cycle 200 (BTC 200) is an ultra-endurance event that raises awareness and funds for real victims of modern slavery.

The problem is global with 40+ million entrapped in modern slavery, and in the US, a child is exploited for sex trafficking every 2 min (US Dept of Justice).

Our participants are signing up to join the fight against modern slavery by giving voice to the issue and raising funds that help rescue and restore real victims in the US and around the world.

We ask that you raise a minimum of $500 and every dollar raised will go straight to help our efforts to end modern slavery. Don't worry, we will give you resources and a platform to raise your support online.

We do tough things for people in tough places.

Volunteer

Not everyone rides 200 miles. But we still need your help!

Volunteers are awesome and we'll be in touch soon with more details soon.

Ride Support – Arrive at the start point by 4:30am the day of the event. Drive behind the riders the entire 200 miles to provide support/safety during the ride.  This vehicle will also act as a sag in case of a flat and will carry spare bike tools and parts.

Nutrition Support - Arrive at 4:30am the day of the event.  Roughly every 25 miles, we will stop for a break and the support crew will set up nutrition for when the riders arrive, then clean up and catch up when the stop is done.
