The Des Moines Dirty Duathlon is Central Iowa Trails Association's annual mountain biking/trail running race held at Center Trails at Greenwood Park in Des Moines, Iowa. 100% of the proceeds go towards maintaining and building local singletrack trails in Central Iowa.

THE COURSE
The course incorporates professionally built singletrack throughout Greenwood Park in Des Moines that passes through an old growth forest, including super fun, flowy downhill, a creek crossing, and plenty of lung-busting climbing.

Start and Finish will be near the Jay Spence Shelter at Greenwood Park near Bergman Academy.

FREE KIDS RACE
The kids race is free. Depending on ability, the race will be either 1 lap run and 1 lap bike or 2 laps run and 2 laps bike. Kids race is held in the grassy area by the shelter, not on dirt trails.
