Hannah Kern aka Hannah Happiness, has ridden her bike across Asia, Europe, Africa and now in Central and South America spreading happiness and joy through her organization: Hannah's Happiness Project.
"I believe that everyone has the right to be happy and it is my mission to make happiness accessible and sustainable for everyone." -Hannah Kern
Traveling by bicycle, she spreads her happiness mission through social work, motivational speaking (Watch her
TEDx Talk HERE), workshops, 1/1 coaching and activism. Follow her journey on Instagram @hanshappinessproject and join her mission at

Listing 10- ways to find and spread happiness, Hannah encourages us to simply smile:
"Smile as much as you can, whenever you can, wherever you can! Smile at yourself in the mirror, smile when you look out into nature, smile at everyone and anyone, especially strangers! Smiling is scientifically proven to improve our moods even when it’s fake! It tricks your brain into thinking you are happy which releases endorphins (happy hormones). And even if a person doesn’t smile back, don’t worry! Your smile still works it’s magic (and it still makes you happy too!)."
Hannah was kind to spend an hour talking about her journey across the world helping to ignite a spark of happiness wherever she goes.
