Located on Houser street and the Muscatine West side soccer field parking lot and the Muscatine West Side Trail.
The pavilion has a drinking fountain with a pet watering bowl,a bicycle repair fixit station with air pump and a hexagon table.

Charles Harper, who owned Harper's Cycling and Fitness for the past 55 years and was a well-regarded Iowa cycling advocate died on May 24th 2021 following a stroke. He was 85. more info
