RAGBRAI, Register's Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa, had an overnight stay in Ottumwa for the first time since 2016.
When talking with the riders, they made it clear, there are three types of riders. Those who are competitive, those who want to take their time and sight-see, and those who are there to party. Regardless of which group people fell under, they all traveled a long way to get to Iowa.
Once all the traveling to Iowa is complete, the bikers set out on a 433 mile tour of the state. Whether people were just starting college, retired, or anywhere in between, the event is made for everyone.
With tens of thousands in tow, they made across the state, stopping in Albia for lunch before staying the night in Ottumwa.
