Race courses will be different each day. Get $5.00 off your entry fee If you are a first time cross racer, BIKEIOWA.com will pay $5.00 of your race fee. Ride your bike down! If driving there will be parking along Davis street as some of the park roads will be closed to traffic that day. Not Racing ?? Cyclocross is a GREAT spectator sport. The races occur in a park setting, on grass, gravel, sand, etc.. There are run-ups, barrier hops and lots of action. the benefit of racing at a park is you can see most of the race course from one vantage point. Very low key and lots of fun! Stay around for the party afterwards! Post-Race Party Old Main Brewery has donated a keg O' beer that will be consumed at the Des Moines Bicycle Collective after the Saturday race.
