Hang on to your saddles, here they come!
KC/Peoria/NVGP Result: After firing through Memorial Weekend, Iowans came
out of the races pretty fast! Check it out!
Uber-Junior, Nick Frey knocked off JJ Bailey as the king of the Elkhart
TT, then headed to Kansas City to pull off a 6th in the Pro-1-2 field of
the KCOI Stage race, jetted off to Natz and ripped off another stellar TT and
helped a teammate win the RR!
Newbie Stud Wes Hartman pulled off some face-time in the QC Crit, then
headed to KCOI, following through with a win in the Pro-1-2 field in the hilly
Proctor Road Race ouside of Peoria last weekend!
Big guy Tony Kisch represented with a strong finish at the Stillwater
criterium, knocking off a top-five result on this silly-steep climb.
Lance Rant: Note to magazine publishers, especially Cycle Sport.
Every copy of your magazine that has Lance Armstrong on the cover is going directly
into my garbage. (Not that I don't like Lance and do happen to collect magazine
covers that he is present on.) The problem is, he isn't the only bike racer
out there… what about J-Mac? The man pulls off two of the greatest rides
in the history of the sport and barely gets a mention?
Bobke is an idiot… new Tour
de France Companion book has Heras being a Columbian. Hang the ghostwriter!
