Sunday - November 21st Punk Rock Cycling hosts Cranksgiving 2010! An Alleycat Style Race. 12 items - 12 stops! All items purchased go to the DMARC Food Pantry. LOTS of awards, prizes and giveaways.

Des Moines, IA November 21st 2010 We're doing it again! And thank GAWD! We have had so much fun at the previous Des Moines Cranksgiving events that we had to bring it back. You bring a fun attitude and your bike (road, cross, hybrid, or mountain) and we'll provide you with a map of local stores and a list of 12 items to buy around the Des Moines area (one item per store). All products purchased for the event will be donated to DMARC and The Pet Project. The first one across the line gets a tattoo from Yankee Doodle Dandy Tattoo shop, but if not eager to get a tattoo can switch for a prize of their choice. Ichi Bike is raffling off a custom bike for the event, $10 per ticket and all the proceeds are going to a local woman's shelter OH did we mention... We have Lots more prizes to give away including a Chrome messenger bag! First 100 registrants get a Punk Rock Cycling T-shirt! We hope to see your happy holiday faces!
