Keep in shape this fall! Tuesday Cyclocross practices start on Sept 1st and run though Oct 27th.

Central Iowa When: Sept 1 2009 As cool weather rolls in so does Iowa Cyclocross. The season starts on Sept 1st with a Cyclocross 101 clinic in Des Moines.
