Distance - 60-mile, 30-mile and 6-mile routes

The fifth annual Wellness on Wheels (WOW5) bicycle ride in northwest Iowa will feature three new routes this year that will start at Children's Park in Sioux Center, IA, during the Sioux Center Summer Celebration festival.

• An about 60-mile route will travel through scenic southwestern Sioux County through the communities of Hawarden and Ireton;
• An about 30-mile route will travel to Ireton and back;
• A 6-mile family fun route will travel to Sandy Hollow Recreation Area and back on the Sioux Center Recreation Trail. 

The event will include prize giveaways, a free T-shirt and a meal.

Registration

The early-bird registration cost for the 60-mile and 30-mile rides is $25. The rate increases to $30 after March 25.

The early-bird registration cost for the family fun ride is $10. The rate increases to $12 after March 25.
