Just Plain Fun

Distance - 26 or 46 miles.

Our second Greater Des Moines Cyclone Club ride will be both and blast and perhaps a great challenge. We will begin at the Yankee Clipper in Ankeny to start the day with food and beverages around 10am or so. We will leave there by 11:15 or 11:30. We will ride up to the Take Down Bar and Grill in Ankeny for beverages. For those of you who want a bigger challenge, you can join us to ride on up to the High Trestle Bridge in Madrid stopping at the famous Flat Tire Lounge (Cyclone friendly) on the way. The ride to Slater and back is 26 miles. The ride to the High Trestle Bridge and back is 46 miles. We hope to see you all there, and as always, GO CYCLONES!!!

Route

Ankeny to Slater taking the High Trestle Trail. The Slater to Madrid portion is optional.

Registration

$5 fee that goes to the Greater Des Moines Cyclone Club. There will be a prize given to one lucky Cyclone fan.
