Distance - approximately 150 miles

After a three-year hiatus, the MS 150, a two-day, 150 mile ride to raise money for the Iowa Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, is returning to Iowa.

Route

Day 1: Start at S.E. Polk High School, lunch at Lake Red Rock, overnight in Grinnell. Day 2: Grinnell, lunch in Mingo, end at S.E. Polk High School. For specifics, visit www.ianmss.org/ms150.htm
