This ride is in the heart of the 15 day Oktoberfest party at the Hessen Haus. Oktoberfest is a German holiday and we all know the German's love the sausage, so we thought why not have a "Sausage Ride"! So break out your ledder hosen or any other traditional dress. We finish up at the Hessen Haus at 6pm to party with Malek and the Fisherman polka band and to drink 2 Liter Boots of Oktoberfest beer!

Route
We leave the Hessen around 1pm and head to Orlando's. After Orlando's we are heading to Mac Rae Park for the Capital City Cross (pack some road beers or other treats) check BikeIowa.com for details. After the Cyclocross Race at Mac Rae Park we are heading to Kung Fu Tap & Taco. At 5:30pm we head back to the Hessen Haus for some polka music and 2 liter boots of Oktberfest Beer!
