Training Ride [Overall]

Distance - 20 to 60 miles

Lake Country Cyclists members Randy Kroh and Frank de Lathouder will be leading a training ride for the upcoming MS Bike Ride to be held on September 8 and 9. Kelly Shinkunas of the local chapter of the National MS Society will provide a rest stop for us. Come enjoy our LCC hospitality!

Route

Even though we expect a larger turnout than usual, this ride will be in the tradition of the Lake Country Cyclists weeknight rides. Whichever way the wind is blowing, that is where we will head. Expect a distance of 60 miles or more with an option for a short ride (the short ride will follow the same route and just head back early for a 20 to 30 mile loop).
