The City of Ankeny recently completed the extension of the High Trestle Trail and the construction of a pedestrian bridge over Oralabor Road. This bridge connects the High Trestle Trail to the Oralabor Gateway and the Gay Lea Wilson trails.
Join us for a ribbon cutting and dedication at 5:30 p.m. at the south side of the new pedestrian bridge. After the ceremony, Mayor Mark Holm will lead a bike ride across the new bridge to AMP for a celebration at Beats and Eats (live music, food trucks & more until 7:30 p.m.). Join us on your bike to take part in the ride to the celebration.

If traveling by bike, consider parking your vehicle at one of these locations and riding to the event:
