Distance - 20 miles

Join us for the 2022 Ride To Break The Stigma!  This is a ride to help break the stigmas associated with getting mental health treatment.  This is a scavenger hunt ride through downtown Des Moines.  Complete the scavenger hunt items and get raffle tickets!  The scavenger hunt items will range from goofy fun things, to items that encourage you to speak about mental health openly.  Complete as many as you would like, the more you complete though, the more chances you get to win prizes at the end!
