Distance - 35-50 miles

Annual Memorial Day Lifetime Fitness Group Road Ride. Meeting/Leaving Lifetime parking lot 8:30 A.M. Western loop through Van Meter (shorter 30 mile loop) or Adel (longer 50ish mile loop). Ride will be fitness to fast paced and on rolling hills and public roads. Groups may splinter off in order to do shorter/longer route.

Route

Lifetime parking lot to University Ave to Ashworth Rd to Ute Avenue into Booneville. Booneville west to shorter route through Van Meter to Hickman bike trail and back to parking lot or through Adel to Hickman bike trail back to parking lot.
