We regret that due to the current COVID-19 situation, we have decided that it is the most responsible decision to cancel the ride at this time. That being said, many establishments along the trail will be open during the weekend, with modified hours and available services. We will try to compile a list for those interested. The Depot Deli in Shenandoah is still having a band that evening under the big top tent. For those who want to still ride, and do so in a responsible, socially-distant manner, we welcome you to do so.
If you haven't registered, but plan to ride, we encourage you to still go to the Eventbrite page and 'register' for a donation. All the funds go to the maintenance of the trail, which is especially important with most of our fundraisers being cancelled this year.
If you have already registered, we have a few different options for refunds:
- No refund: Whether you're riding anyways or not, you can choose to donate the full registration fee to the trail. (Thank you!)
- Half refund: Donate half of your registration fee to the trail. (Thank you!)
- Full refund: We will refund you the full registration fee.
Please let us know which of these options you prefer. Thank you for your understanding and support. We hope you all are staying safe and healthy! With everything that 2020 has thrown at us, we hope that everyone is realizing the value of getting outdoors and spending time in our trails and parks!
