The Iowa Games Triathlon is a sprint triathlon.  The course will consist of a 1/4 mile swim, 15 mile bike and 5K run.

On or before June 29: $45 individual or $120 team
June 30 - July 6: $55 individual or $140 team

Onsite registration will be limited to 30.  $65 individual
