A man was injured in Ottumwa Tuesday after being struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle.
Ottumwa police officers responded to the accident around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Milner and Hamilton streets.
The cyclist was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the driver was cited for running a stop sign and operating a vehicle without insurance.
