The board adopted a resolution pledging $100,000 to be used as local matching funds for the Carroll County Conservation Board’s application for the Sauk Rail Trail Rehabilitation COVID-19 Trail Fund application to the Iowa Department of Transportation. The funds are to be used to resurface the portion of trail from Swan Lake to Houlihan Access.
