The Des Moines Police Department needs your help identifying a man who investigators believe is burglarizing the downtown area.
Justus Flactiff, 20, is accused of stealing bikes and burglarizing businesses.
"We are really looking for the public's help on where he might be," Des Moines police Sgt. Paul Parizek said.
Police said they first noticed a pattern of crimes beginning April 3. Parizek said investigators believe Flactiff has been walking around downtown and committing the thefts late at night.
Parizek said surveillance video led police to believe Flactiff is the man behind the crimes.
"They were able to the match physical description, and I think they got a little help with the community that was able to tie it to him," Parizek said. "We've gathered enough evidence where judges agree. We've got arrest warrants for him."
