Officials seek witness in Daniel Wisnousky tractor-bicycle crash

The Story County sheriff's office needs help finding a driver who authorities say witnessed a fatal bicycle accident last month. Daniel Wisnousky, 37, was run over and killed by a farm tractor pulling two grain wagons about 3 p.m. Oct. 23 while biking on 580th Avenue near Ames. He left behind his wife, Traci, and 2-year-old son, Jake Daniel Wisnousky. Investigators want to talk with the person who was driving south on 580th Avenue and stopped briefly to help Wisnousky, but left before being interviewed by deputies.
