Rainy conditions and warm temperatures continue to cause flooding woes in central Iowa.

Barricades went up on Fleur Drive on Thursday as the road closed due to flooding concerns.

According to city officials, Fleur Drive will close from Bell Avenue to Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway.

George Flagg Parkway is closed from Southwest 23rd Street to Park Avenue. A closure at Southwest 30th Street stretches from Bell Avenue to George Flagg Parkway.

Officials in Des Moines also closed the following trails:

•Gray's Lake Park

•Bill Riley Trail from Ashworth Pool to Water Works Park

•Walnut Creek Trail from North Valley Drive to Bill Riley Connector

•Walnut Creek Trail from Center Street to 63rd Street

•Gay Lea Wilson Trail from Colfax Street to Hubbell Avenue

•Gay Lea Wilson Trail from Easton Boulevard to East 40th Street

In Clive, Swanson Boulevard is closed from the 9200 block to 94th Street and the intersection of 93rd Court and Lincoln Avenue.

The Clive Greenbelt Trail between 114th and 86th streets was also closed due to high water.
