Des Moines, IA Last Winter Cross Race Series Update - "THE COURSE IS DONE!!!!!!!!!" Some parts hard, some parts easy, some twisty, some turny and some fun and games mixed in as well. It's the total mind/body cross experience (Wow, that sounded cheesy) Perfect!! Cross or Mountain bike your call. I think the snow actually makes the course pretty solid, but there is some off camber parts that will be tough, that is if u can ride them!! Details Registration opens at 10 a.m. Racing at 11 a.m. We'll have two races. Mens Elite and Womens Elite (anyone that's bad ass enough to take on Winter Cross is an automatic Elite!!!) $10 entry gets you the race - some free Fat Tire beer (thanx Mullet's) 25% off your post race meal-racers only (thanx Mullet's). A shot at a free pair of snowshoes (thanks Louis Garneau and Rassy's) schwag from Q7 (Wanda you rock) More schwag from Active Endeavors (Jason and Missy), Rasmussen Bike Shop and Templeton Rye.
