Overland Park, KS Challenge Tires Expands Team Sponsorship Challenge Tires, a leading manufacturer of bicycle racing tires is currently accepting applications for their 2010-2011 Grassroots Cyclocross Program. The Program will allow teams and athletes in the United States access to preferential pricing on a range of world class tires and product. Top professionals on the European Cyclocross circuit, including the Belgian based FIDEA-TELENET have made Challenge tires their choice. With a full range of tread designs and sizes, Challenge offers Cyclocross tires for the variety of course styles and the demands of different terrains. The Challenge Grassroots Program is designed to assist amateur programs throughout the United States with the same high performance products used by professional athletes. Requirements to be considered for the program include a proposed race schedule, team roster, and a brief description of the team or individual. Proposals must be submitted by April 15th, 2010 before Midnight CST. Acceptance to the program will be announced May 1st, 2010. Product orders for those accepted must be submitted by May 31st, 2010 CST.
