RRVT Association 2010 membership drive is on!
Wed January 06 2010

Raccoon River Valley Trail (Greene, Guthrie and Dallas counties)
2010 Trail Association memberships can be purchased now.
Your membership can made a difference in our ability to leverage federal, state and regional grants and the level of promotion that is made with community events along the trail as well as making a difference in making the RRVT a trail destination for many trail users. We made big progress in 2009 and we look for 2010 to be a banner year for trail use and development. The Association is keeping memberships at the 2009 prices.
Trail Supporter is $15
Single Trail User is $20 and includes a 2010 trail user pass
Family Trail User is $35 and includes 2 trail user passes
and the Trail User Plus is $50 and includes 2 trail user passes and "giving a bit more to support trail promotion and marketing."
Membership in the Raccoon River Valley Trail Association assures all trail users that amenities along the trial will be enhanced and increased as we continue to work with all trail communities. It also allows the RRVTA to professionally maintain our website devoted solely to Raccoon River Valley Trail news and events throughout the year. We work in partnership with the three county conservation boards -- Greene, Guthrie and Dallas -- in making sure the entire trail is user friendly and community minded. Our marketing and promotion power is just beginning to move beyond central Iowa, as we plan to promote statewide and beyond in 2010. We also have new community partnerships to build as we encourage and work with Dallas County as the recently funded 33-mile loop continues construction in 2010. Please become a member today and encourage fellow trail users to join as well. This can now be done on-line at www.Raccoonrivervalleytrail.org. You can pay via the trail store using your credit card, or can access a membership form and send your membership and check to our Cooper headquarters for processing.
