4th annual Dr. Bob Ride September 26th

Des Moines, IA I just wanted to send out a quick reminder that the Dr. Bob ride is September 26th starting at 7:00 am . Check-in is at Bike World West, 60th and Ashworth in West Des Moines, beginning at 6:00am the morning of the ride. Pick up your registration materials and t-shirts, or late registration at that time. To register, fill out, sign, and return the Registration Form, (available at all BW locations, Kum and Go's and the Walnut Creek YMCA) Release and Waiver along with your payment, or register on-line at www.bikeworldiowa.com or www.bikeiowa.com. Registrations received by September 20, 2009 receive a $5 discount. All pre-registered riders receive an official ride t-shirt. Walk-up registrations are welcome but not guaranteed a t-shirt. Registration Fee: $20 After Sept. 20: $25 EVENT DETAILS We are aware it is the same weekend as the Cross Races in Des Moines so have added a 30 mile loop so you can save your legs for Mac Rae in the afternoon with races starting at 2:00, 3:30 and at 5:00.
