Well, it's mid-February and the BIKEIOWA.com teams signed up through Lighten Up Iowa are 28 days into a 100 day challenge! The Angels of Mercy, BIKEIOWA Shakers, Healthy Harveys, Team Bling, Voehendore, Waukee Cycling & Fitness are kicking butt! Five of the six teams are signed up to measure weight loss and activity. One team is signed up for weight loss. Either way, we will all be in better shape for the 2007 cycling season! Total Stats so far:
