Two males riding a bicycle were struck by a red van near Timothy House on N 15th St. Council Bluffs Police and Council Bluffs Fire Department units E31 and M3 responded to the scene. Emergency responders transported one of the injured bicyclists to a nearby hospital for medical care.
The condition of the other male involved remains unclear.
