The city of Ankeny is moving forward with plans to build the High Trestle Trail Experience Park.
The multi-year project would transform part of the bike trail into an attraction for visitors with public art installations and new amenities.
During Ankeny's city council meeting Monday night, the bid was given to Mainline Construction out of Bondurant.
