The 47th edition of Perry's Bike Ride to Rippey is an important part of the healing process.
This year’s BRR is set for Saturday, Feb. 3, one month after the shootings at Perry High School.
Perry Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Lynsi Pasutti said blue ribbons have been added to the registration packets and riders will observe a moment of silence before they depart Perry and roll toward Rippey.
“I think that could be something really powerful for the community to witness a sea of riders riding through town for fun but also the outpouring of support of the community,” Pasutti said.
