BIKEIOWA's FAQ section gets an overhaul

More information and easier to use!

the BIKEIOWA FAQ section got a face-lift over the holidays. The current FAQ section had been in place for 3 years with little changes and updates. Many new FAQs were added, but there is still plenty to add in 2008! Changes include categorizing the FAQs to better help people find answers faster. New Categories include:
