Des Moines’ second annual off-road duathlon is a non-profit venture supporting trail development in central Iowa. The race is presented by all9yardslending.com and hosted by Capital Striders and Central Iowa Trail Association. If you’re a runner but not a cyclist (or vice versa), consider entering the relay category with another person who complements your skills.
