BIKEIOWA Ride Info The 3rd annual Ben Murphy’s Bike Ride for Preemies is a 20 mile bike ride utilizes the free Cedar River (paved) Trail as well as low traffic roads in Cedar Rapids. Start/Finish line is located at the New Shack Tavern at 2545 River Road SW in Cedar Rapids. The $15 ride fee includes a T-shirt, can coozie, water bottle and route map, as well as snacks and beverages at rest stops. Email Bensride4preemie@aol.com with questions. Register Online!
