I can't wait for my massage later this morning.
I can't wait.
I can't wait....
I can't wait!
I know it is going to hurt and I know I'm going to be sore afterwards, but the next day will make it all worthwhile when my legs are all supple and ready for more prep for Cliff Drive, State Crit and the upcoming cross season.
If you haven't had a hard-core sports massage, I highly recommend it. If you haven't had a massage lately, make an appointment for a light work-over. It is far less stressful and will definitely give you perspective on how to treat your body better.

SAY IT AIN'T SO... First David Miller, then Filip Mierhaeghe, now Adam Bergman:, If you haven't noticed by now, he is no longer actively associated with Jelly Belly. Just check out their website. He was still in the latest issue of Cycle Sport, but I'm guessing that will disappear, too.
Remember, innocent until proven guilty, right?

Wes Hartman: Team Mack's Boy Wonder had another busy Superweek, knocking off a top-ten in one of the first races and riding strong throughout. Rumor has it that he is riding stagiaire with Endeavor Cycling for the rest of the season... and all of this from a Crash5 last year... way to go!

100 Things: Thanks for all of the notes about my 100 Things... now get with the program and write yours and send it to me! I want to see a big lovefest on bikeiowa.com!

Iowa Games: Whew... a little pissy are we?
In all honestly, though, I did all three races, and J-Lu, Patrick and Randy did a phenomenal job with these events, as always.
I've been doing the Iowa Games since 1987 and they continue to be a highlight of everyone's season, whether you're an office-park pro or newbie.
###
Old Skool Leroy: Former ICCC stud Leroy Popowski knocked off a top-twenty at Mt. Evans Hillclimb last weekend. Apparently isn't as easy to chase down Tommy Danielson as it is the rest of the Iowa locals.
###
Nick Frey: Homeboy was doing some more Frenchy Racing at L'Tour de Abbalittalabibbi in Canada. Rock out, eh?
###
Flying Siebenlists: Heard that Sierra and Joni were in Holland for the BMX World Championships. Look for more in an upcoming issue.
