Join the Young Professionals Connection (YPC) for the Tour de Metro Bike Ride on September 6, 2003 10 a.m. Join the Young Professionals Connection in two locations (East & West side of Des Moines) for a bike ride to Simon Estes Ampitheater for fun, food and entertainment. Enjoy music from the Nadas from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. and then The Tyler Thompson Band from 1:45 - 3:45 p.m. Tour de Metro has partnered with Mediacom to raise money for it's "Shoes That Fit" charity to raise money to provide shoes to underprivileged children.
