Rotten Weather Price Roll Back

BRR - Rotten Weather Price Roll Back The Perry Area Chamber of Commerce announced today a Rotten Weather Price Roll Back for the 33rd Annual BRR - Bike Ride to Rippey - Saturday, February 6, 2010. The $40 walk-up registration price will be rolled back to the 2009 level of $35. "The weather has been rotten all winter and weï¿½re all suffering from cabin fever. So we decided to roll back the price as an extra incentive for riders to come out next Saturday and join the throngs who have already pre-registered" said Wendy Goodale, Executive Director of the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce. The pre-registered and walk up registration price are both $35. However, pre-registered riders have until the February 3rd to sign up and enjoy the convenience of having all of their materials and pre-ordered merchandise packed up and ready for pick up at the pre-registration table. Plus pre-registered riders are the only ones entered in a drawing to win $500 in Perry Bucks.

INFORMATION EVENT DETAILS

REMEMBER - The official start and end is still at the McCreary Community Center. The new BRR Tent will be downtown this year and open before and after the ride with food and beveages. If you are pre-registered, pick up your registration material at the McCreary Community Center. Ride is held regardless of weather. All registrations are final and non-refundable.

BRR 2010 Official Registration NOTE: Please use one form per rider. If you are registering someone else, the participant MUST sign a waiver the day of the event.

Participants Waiver of Liability Perry's Bike Ride to Rippey By filling out the registration below, you agree, warrant and covenant as follows: It is agreed that with respect to the event known as Perry's BRR - Bike Ride to Rippey, each participant shall WAIVE all rights of recovery for BODILY INJURY and hold harmless the City of Perry, Iowa, Boone County, Green County and Dallas County, City of Rippey, BIKEIOWA.com, the Perry Area Chamber of Commerce and any of its representatives from ALL LIABILITY arising from participation in any related events and or activities. The participant further acknowledges that Insurance DOES NOT apply to BODILY INJURY to any person while practicing for or participating in any contest or exhibition of an athletic or sports nature sponsored by the City of Perry or Perry Area Chamber of Commerce, nor to immediate medical or surgical relief to any person so injured.
