CIRREM 7.0 is in the books. This year the race started in the low-teens with sunny skies. Winds picked up from the South throughout the day, but had little impact on the race as the course did not have you into the wind for more than a few miles at a time. directions kept ch picked up a little, but not overbearing as most racers finished the course in record time.
Roads were 75-80% clear. Total ascent was 2746ft, and total descent was 2657 ft.
RESULTS
Cookies and hugs were the staple a the 1/2 way point along with some PBR and Pepsi.
KUDOS to Bob, Julie G. Linda and crew at the Cumming Tap for their hospitality!
Several records were broken this year with the frozen fast gravel !

Gravel
Distance - 62 miles
CIRREM is a 100k (62 mile) bike race/ride that starts & ends at the Cumming Tap.
The course is laid out via cue sheets, and tours the gravel hills around Madison County. This is a race/ride, with pre-ride breakfast, & post-race beer & food provided with your registration fee.
NOTE: The race is FULL.
Route
Cue sheets will be given at registration. Plan on 100k (62 miles) of hilly Madison County gravel.
