The 3rd annual Humboldt County Hardpack 30!
This year’s ride will take us from Rutland to Rolfe and back - Saturday, September 20, 2014. Rain or shine, enjoy a casual ride through Humboldt County on the scenic Three Rivers Trail. Ride will officially begin at 9:30 a.m.
The hope of the ride is to expose riders to the wonderful recreational resource Humboldt County has in the Three Rivers Trail. All profits will be used to maintain and enhance the trail in Humboldt County.
$1,600 has been raised for Humboldt County Conservation over our first two rides! The money raised this year will go directly toward new signage for the trail system.
HCH30 registration and official start,will be in downtown Rutland, IA. Businesses will be open for purchasing refreshments in both Rutland and Rolfe. A breakfast will be available for purchase in Rolfe that morning. The ride consists of approximately 15 miles of maintained trails from Rutland to Rolfe and back again. If you prefer to only ride 15 miles please make arrangements for a ride in Rolfe. No transportation will be provided.
All participants are required to register for the HCH30. Please try to register by August 25th in order to get an accurate count for our t-shirt order. You will not be guaranteed a shirt if you register after Aug. 25th.
