8:00 a.m.: Bicycle Ride with Mayor Hanafan to Bayliss Park
8:45 a.m.: Mayor's Proclamation
9:00 a.m.: Bicycle ride back to Bayliss Park

Along City trail, bike lane, and shoulder from Valley View Park right onto Valley View Drive, right on Madison Ave., left onto Woodbury, right onto Harry Langdon Blvd., left onto 9th Ave., right onto Main Street, left onto Willow Ave., right into Bayliss Park. Meet at Fountain.
