Party Ride

Distance - 35 miles

On Saturday, July 12th 2008 the greatest cyclist in North America will converge at the colfax Country Club in Colfax Iowa for the 15th annual Tour De Skunk.This years ride wll once again begin at the Colfax Country Club in Colfax Iowa. The route will be the original 35 mile stretch with stops in Baxter and Mingo. Alng the route riders will have the opportunity to peruse a dlightful selection of adult novelties at the adult bookstore(optional stop). After satisfying carnal desires, riders will continue on the mountaious highwat S-52 to Baxter. Baxter Fun Days will provide fun and frivolity for all.Witha belly full of beer, brats and burgers the decent to Mingo will commence. Arriving in Mingo, riders will experience the friendly and lively staff at Ozzy's! Upon returning to Colfax a HOG ROAST with all the fixin's will await REGISTERD riders. Registration for the event will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Registration is $20 to pre-register and $25 the day of the ride. Registered riders will recieve an official OLD SCHOOL CYLING CAP and the HOG WITH ALL THE FIXIN'S. A wristband give at registration will also provide drink specials along the route.
