Distance - 26 miles or 52 roundtrip

This ride is set up as a nice pre-Ragbrai ride to get in shape and enjoy the small communities of Dexter, Stuart, Menlo, Casey and Adair as well as the scenery along part of the original White Pole Road. Event starts with a country style breakfast, included in registration fee in the newly remodeled Dexter Roundhouse with ride starting at 9:00 towards Stuart to Adair and back.

Route

Route is part of the original White Pole Road, old Hwy 6, a river to river road from Davenport to Council Bluffs, designated in 1910, also known as the "Great White Way", because the poles were painted white, as they are again today.
