Description

Charity Ride

Distance - 46 mile, 23 mile and 5 mile options

This ride is to raise awareness and funds to support the work of the Lance Armstrong Foundation. It will end at Principal Ball Park where they have designated the day, UNITE FOR CANCER DAY. The ride will conclude with the all the riders wearing yellow entering the park before the game and forming the yellow LIVESTRONG band on the field.

Route

You have the option of a 46 mile, 23 mile or a 5 mile ride before the ball game. Primarily on local bike trails including the Great Western Trail for the distance ride and the Gray's Lake Trail from Gray's Lake Park along the Raccoon River to Principal Ball Park for the combined rides.
