Distance - 24 Miles
Yep- It's the April Fool's Ride ridden in reverse! Brandon to LaPorte City on the scenic Cedar Valley Nature Trail. Live bands in both towns- ridin' and rockin', man! Regional recording artist Bryce Janey and friends at the 2 Friends bar (formerly Trish's) in LaPorte at 3:00 and Electric Mule will again light it up in the Beer Garden at Phat Albert's at 7:00 pm. NO COVER CHARGE! Exactly 2 months to the day from the start of RAGBRAI- get that bike out one more time!or if you don't have a bike come anyway! non-riders always encouraged! So come burn down the dance floor with us! or catch the game in the evening.
Route
Will depart from Phat Albert's in Brandon around noon and head up to the 2 Friends bar in LaPorte City on the most scenic stretch of trail in Iowa! Then back to Brandon for 24 miles total with optional low traffic highway route if you like or other side trip options. More or less miles if you like...
