This is the largest recreational bike tour in the United States. Thirty thousand cyclists ride 42 miles through the five boroughs of New York City. Streets, highways, and bridges are closed to trafic and open for a unique cycling venture to share with family and friends.
Route
The Tour starts in Battery Park, Manhattan and travels a 42-mile traffic free route through the five boroughs, over the Madison Avenue, Third Avenue, Queensboro, Pulaski, and the majestic Verrazano-Narrows Bridges. The Tour ends with a Festival at Fort Wadsworth on Staten Island with a final trip back to Manhattan on the Staten Island Ferry.
