The Missouri Pedaler's Jamboree returns for year 12! NEW for this year: The route will be changing from overnighting in Boonville, MO to Jefferson City, MO. Distance each day is 38 miles. Riders will camp out and listen to headliner bands (TBA) at the non-active Missouri State Penitentiary!
Bicyclists depart from Columbia, MO, on the morning of Saturday, May 23rd. Drop off your overnight packs at check in and prepare for a weekend of relaxed bike riding, music, and fun. Enjoy the scenic views of the Katy Trail State Park as you ride on crushed limestone trails flanked by cliffs and the Missouri River. Stop at your convenience at a handful of locations to enjoy live music and entertainment. Bands will play throughout the day in communities across the trail.
The final destination, Jefferson City's historical Missouri State Penitentiary (MSP) will temporarily host the feature events with main stage music. Overnight camping at will be available and free for all registered riders! Hotel/motel accommodations are available at local establishments. There will be food available at restaurants throughout the town of Jefferson City as well as food vendors at MSP.
For non-riders with ticket passes to the MSP Festivities, gates open at 3 pm on Saturday, May 23rd. Missouri State Penitentiary is located at 115 Lafayette St, Jefferson City, MO 65101. The festivities are located on the back entrance found at E Capitol Ave & N Chestnut St. Cars will not be permitted in the park. Free street side parking will be located nearby .
