"Tip to Tip," a multi-media slide show and photo/gear installation presented by Irene Schroeder of Bicycle Happiness & Brian Hannon of Boulder Bicycle Works.

An Epic journey of pedal determination and connection to Mother Earth- in 1993/94 an Iowa City cycling couple become the first Iowans (& first woman!!) to ride self-supported to Prudhoe Bay, Alaska on the Haul Road... and then ride 20,000 miles, mostly on gravel and B roads.. along the entire West Coast and Continental Divide to fin del Mundo- Ushuaia, Tierra del Fuego. Yes, camping the entire way for 17 months!!

This is an incredible and inspiring story meant to bring awareness to the possibilities and importance of bicycle travel in our world!

Event will have 50 large canvas prints of the trip, 300 slides, many stories, a raffle... and a display of the original gear used!!

Big Grove has a large space with great food and beer, so come join the fun!
